OUR COMMITMENT

Argumind, Inc. is committed to ensuring our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This accessibility statement forms an integral part of our Terms of Service: https://argumind.study/terms.

ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

You should be able to:
  • Zoom in up to 200% without loss of information or functionality
  • Navigate the website with just a keyboard
  • Switch between light and dark mode
  • Answer drill questions with the keyboard (arrow keys and Space)
  • Honor the device reduced-motion setting

CONFORMANCE STATUS

Status: Partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Below is a description of known limitations we're working to address.

1. Analytics charts: Some analytics charts do not yet include a text summary or data table, so chart meaning may be hard to get with a screen reader or when color is not available.

2. Color contrast: A complete color-contrast review of text, buttons, badges, errors, and charts has not been finished, especially in dark mode.

3. Third-party cookie banner: The cookie consent banner is provided by Termly. We cannot fully control its markup, and it can affect keyboard order on public pages.

We are actively working to address these issues as part of an ongoing plan to improve accessibility.

HOW TO REPORT A BARRIER

Argumind is committed to accessibility and is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full compliance or certification. If you encounter a barrier, email support@argumind.study with the page, what went wrong, your browser and device, and any assistive technology you used.

PREPARATION OF THIS STATEMENT

This statement was prepared on 18 August 2026 and is reviewed annually or when we make significant service changes.

We maintain records of accessibility feedback and our responses for regulatory compliance.

HOW WE TEST

We evaluate accessibility using:
  • Ongoing monitoring and regular accessibility reviews
  • We evaluate accessibility internally. We test core flows with keyboard only, including login, checkout, practice setup, and answering drill questions. We also use automated checks and keep tests for labels, answer choices, dialogs, and form errors. This is a self-evaluation, not a third-party certification. Users can report barriers at support@argumind.study.
